Toyota Yaris was stopped at the lights in the left lane. Right lane was a RIGHT TURN ONLY late and there was a line of cars in it. When lights changed green, instead of keeping on the left lane the vehicle went immediately into the right lane without consideration of the cars in the right lane, which had nowhere else to go other than the right late. Could have caused an accident if everyone else was also asleep/inattentive. Really shouldn't be on the road if you don't know something basic like this.
